Director of Finance Allen Brinkman began working for the City of West Plains in July, 2014. He is responsible for managing the City office and all accounting. Allen has a degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Arkansas and is a Certified Public Accountant for the State of Missouri. The City's goal is to provide financial information in a clear and easy to understand way to the public. Each quarter the Director of Finance presents a financial report to the city council that includes balance sheet information, as well as current revenue/expenditure comparisons. There will be other financial reports listed in this section as well. The City financial reports are always available to the public.
