Municipal Court The West Plains Municipal Court announces that March 5th, 2015 court sessions have been cancelled due to weather. All matters set for March 5th have been continued to March 19, 2015 at the same time it was previously scheduled. For further information or questions, please call court clerk at 417-256-6154. Municipal Court hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with the exception of the Holidays noted below. If they are unavailable by phone, please leave a message and they will contact you back as soon as possible. The Court will be closed for the following Holidays: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans' Day, Thanksgiving Day & the day following, & Christmas Day.
