Sewer Permit

The City of West Plains offers sanitary sewer service to all residential, commercial and industrial customers. The property owner or contractor is responsible for connecting a building's plumbing to the sewer line. For commercial and industrial users whose effluent will contain grease, chemicals, oils or high percentage of solids should contact City Utilities as pretreatment may be required. To request a sewer permit, inquire at the Utilities office in City Hall. The clerk will complete a work order for the crew.

Fees: $20*

*Owner or contractor is responsible for any repair cost if streets or sidewalks must be broken for installation of the line.
